  • With HR for SMEs, you digitalise and automate your HR processes. Employee data is managed at a central location and used as a basis for all administrative or value-adding HR processes. All requests are web-based, and employees and managers can also be involved in the HR processes in a role-based manner.
  • HR for SMEs has an open architecture, so existing HR applications are easy to integrate.
  • HR for SMEs is 100% cloud based, so no outlay is required to operate the IT infrastructure.
  • HR for SMEs is always up to date. Four times per year, you will receive new functions that you can enable for yourself.
  • HR for SMEs is the central HR hub for your business.
  • A high-performance data centre in the EU and compliance with all Swiss and European data-protection directives provide your guarantee for worry-free HR.
  • Privacy is important to us. We handle your data with the highest possible security, keeping it in data centres within the EU. Compliance with data-protection regulations is also monitored regularly by an impartial party.
  • HR for SMEs is suitable for all Swiss and Liechtenstein companies and branches of international corporations, and is usually used by companies with 100 to 1,000 employees. But HR for SMEs can also provide an ideal starting point into the digital HR world for larger companies, because the solution can also be customextended on request.
  • HR for SMEs is designed for all industries and is scalable for any company size or sector.
  • As part of the commissioning of HR for SMEs, we will train your HR key users (“training the trainers”) and future system administrators. Managers and employees generally require no specific training, because the application is largely self-explanatory.
  • No, you do not need any specific hardware to access the application, just an Internet-ready terminal.

Yes, you have the possibility to choose between two options. Either you keep the payroll process in-house or you hand over the process to our Shared Service Centre. You'll find more information about our Business Services here.

  • We will send you a standard product, with which you can start immediately.
  • As part of the commissioning of the “HR Admin” package, there is always a customization to your needs and regulations (pay, absences).
  • With the “Talent” package, you get 100% preconfigured processes that are ready to run, so you require very little customisation. In recruitment, for example, you of course have to adapt the career page for your candidates to your corporate branding.
  • In general, both packages have the option of further adaptation to your specific requirements. If you are interested, we will happily have a personal discussion with you about your additional requirements and then provide you with an implementation offer.
  • New releases are issued on a half-yearly basis. We update statutory changes that are particularly relevant for the payroll at the end of the calendar year.
  •  New functions are automatically available to all customers, but you can actively decide which you want to use. Each release is accompanied by informative web sessions that explain the new features in detail.

Yes, you must also expect one-time implementation costs.
