The Swiss HR Academy is a joint venture of the HWZ Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration and HR Campus, supported by the ZGP Zürcher Gesellschaft für Personal-Management as a network partner. The aim of this cooperation is to offer a focussed HR seminar programme including a university option. Together, a strong HR ecosystem is being established, encouraging the open exchange of knowledge as well as best practices among the Swiss HR community.

The Swiss HR Academy was founded in 2019 and provides up-to-date HR know-how with content significantly shaped by the HWZ, HR Campus and network partner ZGP as centres of HR skill. The Swiss HR Academy has managed to successfully establish itself on the Swiss seminar market from 2019.
For HR Campus, involvement in the Swiss HR Academy is an important strategic step and connects to the company’s own vision of transforming the work market to become more human-focussed. It is HR Campus’ aim to improve the transfer of practical HR know-how and the encouragement of open exchanges of knowledge and experience within the Swiss HR community.
